Galia Pennekamp shares her experience of working with her coach, Arnold Ferrier, to build her coaching practice and support her personal development.

Arnold helped Galia identify her super power and secret sauce she could use to help others. By peeling back her personal layers, Galia was able to reveal what she truly wanted to do and how she wanted to show up in the world.
Arnold’s presence, tone, and curiosity created an intuition and feeling in Galia that made her feel very connected and safe to explore, say, or think through things that she wouldn’t otherwise be able to do in front of someone else.
One of the biggest takeaways Galia achieved was revising her website, “GaliaCoaching” to create a tangible representation of her personal identity and how she wanted to show up in the world.
Arnold helped her understand it was okay to be audacious and attract audacious clients with audacious dreams and goals.
Arnold’s intuition, deep listening skills, and life experiences helped him understand individuals from a mindset of curiosity and expansion rather than stress medicine.
Galia believes it has less to do with the years he’s been practicing and less to do with the certifications that he may or may not have. It has all to do with his coaching presence and skills.
